SIM card not detected after trying to unlock bootloader

i have a xperia arc (lt15i) and 2days ago i tried to unlock my phone bootloader so i went to wotanserver.com and did every thing it said

but i wasn't successful and my phone didn't unlock and when i turn on my phone i saw that my sim card isn't detected but it was detected in another mobiles

i search in many websites to repair my phone but they couldn't help me but i understand what is my phone problem but i can't repair it http://talk.sonymobile.com/4.5.8/ima...ticons/sad.gif

i understand my sim wasn't detected because i tried to unlock my phone but my phone "bootloader unlock allowed" says "NO"
please help me
