Camera Problem In K790i..

hey guys help me if u can.....
whenever i press the shutter button half way for autofocus it gets focussed but then when i press it fully it gets back to the normal camera without taking the picture.can anybody tell me what the problem is?

i even upgraded the firmware once.

Try master reset, if won't work try to flash by Davinchi

what will i lose if i reset my phone? and what is davinchi?

azhar Lose all information(such as adress book and so on) - create backup by MYPhoneExplorer. Davinchi it is client witch can flash you phone for 5 usd

what exactly does flashing the phone mean?

hey the master reset worked....

my sister used a k750i and she had similar problems but it was mechanically not ok. i changed the keypad and then it worked again.
i thought this might be usefull to those who have a similar problem but cant fix it by master reset or new flash.
