Camera having problem Z610i

Please help me, My camera phone is not working.Once i start my phone camera Z610i, This note will appear ( Another application is running.Close it,and then start the camera ) Please guide me.

Have you changed the driver recently? If so replace original driver and try. If that fails, reflash it.
