V630 low sound when calling

V630 is in perfect condition. When im calling to someone I hear him loud and clear (using ShZ Acoustics - Version 5.5 - Type 3 /////same problem with STOCK acoustics),BUT he is hearing me very low.

I need someone who understands *.zapf format acoustic to tell my wich file from the acoustics is responsible for microphone when talking (recording).
I need to know how to edit this file for 2x louder or 3x louder sound recording when calling. Or the moderators can tell my with wich person do i need to contact with ,please. Or you can link special acoustics that solve this problem :S

The phone is reflashed(fs main cust) and tested in service menu. The microphone is working but i want it louder.

I know its maybe a hardware fault,but i think that custom *.zapf will be smart way or try to fix the expected hardware fault. I want to try! Before making changes on the hardware.
