Flashing K800i/K810i with XS++ problem

So far tested system;
Win XP ultimate 86x
Win Vista Home 86x
Win 7 ultimate 64x

Tried Instalations:
semec usb flash(click here)
download SEUS and get usb flash driver there
get usb flash driver here
Ive tried on each computer with each version and recived sucessfull instalation of usb flash driver..

The 4 phones i have (3x K800i and 1 K810i) have not been flashed before except one of the K800i.. Each time i follow the basic steps to retrive EROM CID information on my phone i only recive "baseband id" and "protocol version".

Ive tried use XS++ 2.1 and 3.1 and holding 2+5 (these use not C as is common key to start flashing).

Could anyone guide me on what im doing wrong or where the problem is?

Note; K810i and 1 K800i are working other 2 has an issue i with flashing infrared which can be fixed by fully flash main and FS on phone.
