though never met that problem, try with a lower firmware version

Try to reflash with this: Downloads - R8BA024_RED52 - W580_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_IL_RED52 - Top Sony
And use customization Central Europe if you will flash FS Central Europe.

i flashed it using your given files but can't fix the problem.what can i do now?

The solution, bring to a service technician and change the display.

Can you make a call? Ignore the look and try to call. If it works then buy new LCD on ebay.

today after typing (>*<<*<*) button on my w580i, i found service info -> sim lock -> network [locked].
then i apply remove sim lock patch and now my phone is ok.
problem solved.
