Before going to flash your w850 you'll need the following files and download the firmware files {divided into 2 parts W850_R1JC002_MAIN_GENERIC_CY_RED51 (*.mbn) & W850_R1JC002_FS (*.fbn), you need both of them} according to your w850's CID.
to know your phone's CID:
1. open Setool2Lite.
2. select your "phone model".
3. press "Identify" button.connect your phone holding "C" button of your phone and follow the instruction of Setool2Lite
