How to upload GFX Pack Using Se Image Tool v2.60 beta 7 on Sony Ericsson DB2010
Though Se Image Tool version 2.60 beta 7 tool is used to make "gfx patch" for DB2020 Sony Ericsson Phones and I also use it
as "gfx graphics" for my w550i[DB2010].How is it possible for DB2010 which is a tool of DB2020?
Requirement:->
First u need these below tools
And then need Main Firmware (*.mbn) according to your phone's Firmware Version.
At last the gfx pack{e.g.Battery.rar} which you want to upload on your phone.
Instructions:->
1. Make (*.raw) file of your phones Main Firmware (*.mbn) file using GExtract.
2. Open the (*.raw) file using SE Image Tool v2.6 beta 7.
3. You'll see sysgfx picture of ur phone with their Hexcode name at the left side on SE Image Tool v2.6 beta 7.
4. Then you can rename your collected gfx pack "which is for another phone or your created (*.png) picture" according to your
desired phone's (*.raw) file shown on SE Image Tool v2.6 beta 7.
5. Now upload those renamed gfx files on your phone.
Upload gfx pack on phone:->in my case[w550i]
Above things you can do if your phone patched by (sysgfx_patch.vkp)
then upload the files to: other/gfx
if not patched then you should upload the files to: tpa/user/image/gfx
6. Restart your phone.
If you can successfully do this tutorial on your phone then you no need to upload walkman skins/menu.ml etc. in different way.
Only one way you can change all of your DB2010 Sony Ericsson Phone's Graphics,whatever you want to change.
