Never Seen A Problem Like This !!

Hey People!
I have a w580i and i have such a big problem with the fastport.
-When i plug the headphones the phone stops. :a015
-When i plug the charger nothing happens.
-When i plug the data cable it works normally.

I need to listen to music and to recharge my phone plzzzz helppppppppppppppp.
PS: i 've changed the fastport 3 times and i flashed the firmware

i guess your problem starts with your faulty headphone, try another good working headphone and see if it do the same, else you need to change the headphone and need to go to service centre
