Vivaz U5 - Error msg Phone are not allowed #6 [Help!

Hey!

I just got a new vivaz u5 from a friend and when i put in my simcard it starts fine. but when i try to send a message or try to call someone it says only emergency calls. That's one problem.

I tried to fix that problem by updating the phone. So i did download SE update service and then i updated the phone to the latest firmware and it went fine.
When i restarted the phone i had the same problem and this new error message showed up " Phone not allowed #6"

Any help would be very nice! thanks!
