c 903 send sms background

Good morning.
I have a question for c903 .When i am trying to send a sms the background color is white.I tried to change it from options-> layout -> background , but I have the impression that option is for the specific sms.
Is there a way to change the background color permanently?

I also want to ask when I write a new message and i use my language Greek i chooce no capital letters but no use.when i am doing the same job in e.g english language everything is fine.Why is this?
