Flashing with no "C" button

Hi all. This is a strange question, but my W810i's "C" button doesn't work. It is not the keypad, as I have tried 2 different working ones, and none of them work on this particular phone. I am guessing/hoping it is a firmware problem, so I want to flash it. However, I have xs++ and SeTool2, but as you know both require that I press and hold "C" to access it. I have tried holding 2+5 in both programmes, but neither work.

Is there any workaround - flash from memory card, perhaps a way to press a different key, or a programme that requires 2+5 rather than C, or perhaps someone knows this as a hardware problem that can't be fixed ... argh, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help if you can.

I have searched everywhere and can't find any information on this particular problem so I am not coming here first - you are my last resort... please????

this is a hardware problem, the keypad IC needs to be replace.

Hi there. Is that the membrane? If so, I have used three different working ones (from my other W810), but none work. It's really really odd. The only thing I can think now is the interface with the mainboard, but that looks fine.

if you've tried working membrane, then your problem would be the keypad filter IC, needs technician to do that.
