Hi,
when I connected my Sony Ericsson K810 to the PC, it said that it needed an update. I had two options "Yes" or "No" I answered YES. I think there was something wrong during the update.
Also should I turn on the phone .. I turned on it, then came to the Pin-code, I entered the pin code (what I typed was not visible, but I just typed in the road) .. then suddenly got up: "configuration error. Contact Network Operator Or Service. "
And now I can not use my cell phone: (

No its working but, all files got deleted..But what is XS? it may be useful one day.

HELP ME PLEASE! i have a sony erricsson w508, with the same problem...
it was running fine so i put the phone in my pocket i went to go flip it open again and it came up with this grey box saying configuration error......help me please i really need my phone its important
