So with this CID and Firmware can i still flash it to a W800i and take away the camera sound, unlock etc...?

i don't understand your question. which kind of change you want in your mobile and phonexs is used for flash.
don't try these softwares, i think you know nothing about software and customization.
first go to furms and search guides and tutorials and know how to use these softwares and what are their drawbacks.......then........go to the download section and customize your phone as u want at your own risk..
please answer in a better result please :)

yes u can ... but flashing dosent take away the camera sounds and other... customizing and manual delete dose that :)
can i flash it for free or do i have to pay i have a original DCU-60 cable

lol dsi we all are noobs..apac and emea are the two firmware locations...APAC i believe is chinese and EMEA is european...i believe yours fall under the EMEA category...i believe it is firmware dependant..so if you flash your with an APAC firmware...it becomes APAC..
