w960 help please

i connected to seus without any problems, it downloaded just over 100mb of updates and then started installing them, when it reached 98% however, it suddenly said "installation failed" please re-try.
when i re-tried, it said "you already have the latest software" and didnt give any options.....the phone will not turn on.......

now i downloded firmware of w960 and i want updat my mobile with XS++ program how can i use this program to uplod firmware to my mobil??????????? i want to use any program except seus

use uptodate/latest A2uploader with the latest firmware version. Please post identify log from a2uploader
