yes, with patch, if your phone has CID52 then you can apply privacy patch with setool2lite.
Read here for instruction : Flash your phone and How to apply or remove patch using SETool 2 Lite but first you need to find the privacy patch for your phone firmware. anyway you could also post the identify log from setool so that everyone could help you
