K750i unlock problem, need help, I think my mobile died :/

Hay! I am new here. I downloaded sim lock patch generator to put patch on my mobile. Unfortunately I tried to put it with setool lite and when I go read GDFS it done that and after that it asked to unplug the mobile and than connect it again. I done that and program blocked and I unpluged mobile again. After that I can`t turn on my mobile =( what can I do? I have my GDFS backup but I don`t know how to put it on my mobile back because XS++ won`t read my mobile ( I think because mobile is dead?! ) Please somebody help me =( Can I fix that or I must buy a new phone?
