Rename your new logo with this name: STARTUP_IMAGE_SEMC.gif
Create these directories folders: own_custpack > TPA > PRESET > SYSTEM > SETTINGS > STARTUP_IMAGE_SEMC.gif
Then move XS++ and folder own_custpack together in New Folder and make this:

The crutial thing is that u have to remove te ".gif" extension in order for this to work.
2nd u dont have to use cust packs.The other way for this to work (i might made a mistake on the folders)
is to upload via xs++ into the same dir as the original images and it just
overwrites the old ones.
just use any image, and rename it to STARTUP_IMAGE_SEMC.gif and upload to tpa/preset/system/settings/
