Wrong Password?!!! D-Ultimate Unlocker

It connects to phone but each time says, "wrong Password"! I bought the credit through TOP SONY.

Who do I message at TOP SONY???! I need to fix this ASAP. Plz plz help!

My user id is norma_bunting and I type it just like this and the exact password that was givent to me.
