w580i simlock urgent help needed

hi, my w580i was working just fine until one night it shut down, when i turned it on it said insert correct sim. i tried unlocking it using simox unlocker, and i flashed it with diffeternt firmwares however it didnt work. i noticed that in the phones configuration menu in service menu\ sim lock apart from showing a locked icon it displays a number 0 on all options network, subset etc, however before it displayed 5.
how do i correct this problem

thanks it worked i can access my phone now, however it shows my handsfree icon even though its not connected and there is no signal strength. my sim's opperator name does not show up instaed "searching..." is shown.

i think your phone has been water damaged, try to clean it with tooth brush and spirit
