Debranding SE C903 from 3UK, and Rebranding as O2 UK

bought unlocked c903 from ebay, its branded as 3uk, wanna debrand and change it to o2 uk, can anyone help?

Upload this Attachment 8095 (unzipped) to TPA/preset/ custom, using A2Uploader_CID53. Turn the phone on then off. Finally update with SEUS. You should get the latest O2 firmware for C903

ahhhh a2 uploader aint workin for me, it wont download

still no joy, it downloads, and extracts but tells me im not authorised to open it or somethin

Disable (or Uninstall) your antivirus progam.

anti virus was disabled at the time, well the firewall was anyway

Uninstall antivirus - otherwise no.

ok downloaded etc, now how do i upload the file to thet directory you have listed

Hold left button and drag & drop with mouse to A2uploader window.
