First you must have installed SEUS.
Use A2uploader and click File System Tool, then open TPA > PRESET > CUSTOM and drag & drop this file: Attachment 8090 (it's archive - must extract with WinRAR).
After A2uploader -> turn on phone and when you see "Please wait" => turn off and update via SEUS.
