Bug in "Day of the Week in Standby" VKP patch for k770

In the following patch, there is a bug where when an alarm goes off, and the 'turn off' softkey is pressed, the phone freezes and locks up.
Triend using IDA and smelter to try and solve it, but need help in fixing this!
Anyone have any insight?
