XS++ 4.1 crashed during CDA update - help cant get past Configuration error
Flashing my k800i CID=52 to Generic XS++ v4.1 on ubuntu 10.4 crashes (it works fine with another phone with CID=53)
Files used:
K800_R1JC002_MAIN_GENERIC_WI_RED52.mbn
K800_R1JC002_FS_EUROPE_2_RED52
with either
K800i_CDA102511_2_R10A_Generic_Trade_uk
or
K800i_CDA102511_47_R20A_Orange_United_Kingdom
The reason for trying different cdas is that it was still reporting region ORANGE_GEN after flashing main and fs.
Any suggestions?

You cann't use CID52 files when your phone have EROM CID53.
With Omnius you can downgrade to CID52 - it's free !
Then can use CID52 files :a013

Why don't you use HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_200_R2A_GENERIC_EUROPE_2 ?
@senter, he has CID52. And OMNIUS doesn't work on ubuntu.
