find Cops_HandleSignal (pattern: 00xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx00), find and patch COPS_IMEI_Read (pattern: 0Fxxxxxxxxxx)

patch cops handler, insert own imei

recalc sha1 signatures

upload phone_acc.cxc back to phone
