need help w830 cid53 asking format mmc

need help my phone is w830i cid53:

the problem is :
- if i restart the phone always ask to format mmc.
- if phone is on and i insert mmc. phone can read mmc and i can acces the file in mmc.
- but if i don't access the file in mmc for a minute then mmc is not accesed.

i have flashing my phone with main, fs, and custom cda.
but the problem is still the same.

another problem is i forget my phone lock code.
so i can not format my mmc because it.

please anyone can help give me solution.

if you forgot your phone lock code, you could use your PC to format it. format it and post result

i have format mmc with computer, i also has reset my phone lock code with omnius and i have able to format my mmc with my w830. but the problem is still there.
my w830 sometimes still can not read mmc. and if i turn off the phone then turn on it still asking to format mmc.

try with other memory card, if still problem, try to clean the mmc socket and post result

I have use 3 different mmc. The problem still there. I don't know what else should i do.

Flash Main, FS and CDA - then haven't this "problem" with formating Memory Stick.
