K850i Won't Start After LCD Replacement

After replacing the screen (carefully), my k850i will not start. After switch on, it just vibrates & keypad lights & camera lens blue light and repeats every five seconds. I have tried using the SEUS updater, but no change. Any ideas on what happened and how I can fix it? I don't want to debrand (necessarily).

If I need to flash it - what files would I need - it doesn't seem obvious to a n00b.

better check for short component before flashing. some component might get damaged/short while replacing the LCD.
