W880i Screen Display - Fuzzy

Anyone out there who could poss assist me please?

My SE W880i has the right hand of the screen grey and fuzzy (like a TV channel completely out of tune) and the other half has colour but "out of tune"?? You can't read anything on the left hand side but as the phone boots up etc, you can see it changing thru the diff screens it would go through.

It makes and receives calls fine although you have no clue cos it's unreadable on the screen!! The screen is not white like other issues I've read here.

Also the camera worked fine as well - if only i could sort out the screen issue!

Do you think a flex cable (like this one on Ebay 120563482944) would resolve or do you think it's a new LCD screen? Someone has said try a reflash - being a noob can anyone oint me in the right direction to do this and where the software is (DC-65 Cable is on it's way).

Any advices gratefully received before I buy and or do the wrong thing!!
