Problem with credit to D-Ultimate Unlocker

On the 25 April 2010 I have ordered a credit on Top Sony - All about Sony Ericsson mobile phones. Free Firmware Download - Unlock - Upgrade - Debrand - Buy Ultimate Unlocker LOGs. I have immediately payed via PayPal. I have got a verified account (screen below). Until now I haven't received the credit, although the transaction is marked as completed. According to the instruction I have sent an email on mobile@topsony.com with the information that I haven't received my credit yet.

How long will I have to wait for this credit?
