Help! Sony Ericsson K800i wont turn on!

My sony ericsson k800i is dead! :a018:
I have tried 3 batterys with this phone now, nothing!
When i put it on charge, nothing!
Ive tried all 3 batterys on another phone, work perfect!
Help please!

Also, my computer is a Apple mac osx running tiger 10.4.11.
I do not have the box, but i do have a working charger and a sony ericsson pc connection cable.

Google search for the xs++4.1 for mac it is available and you can flash your phone using it.. .

ive got it, but how do i do it now?

I do also have a laptop running windows 2000 if that makes things any easier and i dont have any of the pc suite software.
