Starting phone service online?

Hi!

Im a bit new to this about phones and stuff but im very intrested in it.
I found out that this is something i want to discover more and learn more of, so i'm going to ask you if there is a way to start a online service like the services that unlock phones by IMEI, is there any way to start a service like them?
and one last thing, i wanna be good with phones fix and repair them, what is the most important thing to learn about phones to be a good "PHONER"
