W300 to W395???

Hello,

I Have got a W300i SE phone. Is it possible to flash it to a W395?
If yes, then how? (In the tutorials only firmware upgrades of the same phone are shown)
If no, are there other Phones that can be flashed to? (Preferably with A2DP?)
