Some Questions About W910I and stuff

got some questions about this fone
1. is it DB3150?
2. what program should i use to explore and exit it's FS (upload/download files like FS menus and such).
3. which type of Flash Menus should i download?
Is there a difference between them or they are all the same?
4. Unrelated to the W910, Is there a XS++ Version that supports CID53 Fones? A year or two back, i used it to edit K800 FS, but then i accidently upgraded it to CID53 (when it just came out on seus) so i had to use the FAR Manager plugin for CID53 but this program is kind of not comfortable. anyway, it has been a long time so i am wondering if there is a stable XS version that supports CID53.

is there no XS4.1 for windows?
It seems the phone has an issue, everytime I press C and connect the cable, the phone turns on and the computer doesn't recognize it at all (not as flash, not in file transfer mode, not SEUS).
any suggestions?
