W580i - read/write simplified Chinese

I've searched and read many posts and still can't seem to figure it out.

I am with ATT now, here is the info of my phone:

1) do i have to debrand my phone? I have already prepared XS++ as well as the main and fs:
W580_R8BE001_MAIN_CHINA_LA_RED52
W580_R8BE001_FS_APAC_RED52

but which cust pack should i get? I heard that it has to match "w580" "CDA1027" and "China" or "APAC". is that rite?

2) a debrand phone is not unlocked, rite? if so, then how could i unlock a debranded phone?

If anyone has done this or know what to do, can you please help.

W580_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52
W580_R8BE001_FS_APAC_RED52
HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_101_R8A_GENERIC_APAC

sorry, another question, whats the differrence between R8BE001 and R8BA024? I assume I could not use R6BC002,rite?

R8BE001 is the last, R8BA024 is previous (old version).
