K800i on 3 failing to unlock

Hi everyone

I'm a newbie on this forum and would just like to say before I get to my problem how great a resource this forum is.

To the problem:

I have tried to unlock a K800i on the 3 UK network with Setool2lite V1.11 and get the following error message:

1. First you must apply Quick Qccess Patch (see screenshot) :

2. After Quick Access Patch you can apply patches (exp. remove SIM lock patch) easy:
