jd flasher error

I have been trying to unlock the sim on an old phone of mine, I upgraded the firmware from the sony updater and there I was with a locked phone , however through much research I thought I would try and unlock it

anyway after flashing the main I now get this error can anyone advise

Ok thanks for that now I have managed to flash my main and file system, I followed the instructions and have made my vkp unlock file copied the 3 files to the phone as instructed.

2.ofs
I have no bflash or bfs options

my question is how do I apply my sim unlock patch :a003
any point me in the right direction please
