how to remove user lock on w518a

My daughter put a lock on her phone then forgot what it is. Is there a way to read the lock or remove it? Thanks!

Tried to use seus, it upgraded but the lock is still on. Any ideas?

Lock code is in GDFS, but W518 is DB3200 platform and cann't read GDFS to reset phone lock code.
