Custom Language

First of all i wasn't sure where to put this thread up so i put it here.

I'm trying to use Lng Editor to edit an .lng file so all the texts is translated to Japanese. But the problem with the program whenever I type in Japanese it gives me "Not Valid Char".

So I'm wondering if there any other way to make a japanese version of lng

I'm using z750i and t707 but first testing all these custom stuff on z750i

If I can I want my phone to be able to input Japanese (rather than using PiClip or any other Java type) but right now I just want the menu to show up in Japanese.

I also try editing menu.ml but that didn't work.
