Possible to change w380i firmware to w30i?

Hello all,

Have been using this w380i for more than year and half. Near to couple of years now. Its not totally disappointing but has not performed the way I expected.
I see that w380i does not even have the links for Airtel Live that most of the Nokia phones have. So I am planning to upgrade the firmware to that of w350i.
Anyone got any ideas about is it possible and if two phones are compatible? I compared two phones on official website and they do look similar but I need some confirmation.
