Help!!!

Hi! Can anyone help me!!!
I tried to instal new firmware with XS++, but at the beginning it says-CANNOT OPEN PHONE COMMUNICATION PORT!!!
Any ideas?

re insert battery and connect usb
you may also missed the semc usb flash driver, read here : USB Flash Driver Installation - Guide - Top Sony Forums

plz follow me~

1.install the usb flash driver
2.open xs++
3.close your phone
4.hold on the C key
5.Press the “connect” on XS++
6.insert the usb cable

Maybe you experience the same thing with me. Try to check your firewall if you have, try to disable it. May be it can help.
