Hello,
I am trying to flash my SE W810 using XS++. Phone connects by connecting the usb cable, holding C button and then pressing to power button.
But when i start flashing the main firmware, process stops at this error

can someone please solve this issue?

Has this phone been into water?
Try to hold 2+5 instead of holding C.

its not the problem while connecting the phone. Phone is connecting but error occurs while flashing the phone

try with a fully charged battery and post result log
still the same result
