New firmware

Hi! my currently firmare is:
K610_R1JG001_FS_M_EAST_N_AFR_DB2020_CID52R

and i want to flash a firmware with hebrew support.
i can't find a CID52 hebrew support firmware (i want to write in hebrew sms's)
what to do? is there any way to add hebrew support to any firmware and flash it to my phone?
