W995 add T9 dictionary language

Hi guys (and girls if any...), I got a new W995 and I wanted to add a new T9 language to it.

My questions:

1) can I add a new language without flashing? If so how?

2) if I need to flash , how do it do this? (please step by step as I'm not tec)

3) where the hell do I find the current version of the firmware installed on my phone? EG how do I know is my firmware is R1EA028? The reason why I'm asking is because apparently I need to download the right language according to the firmware installed.
