XS++ stuck

so I am having severe issues w/ my k800i, Wotan said it repaired eprom, then when i let it sit and then connected it again it now gives me a SEMCSEC error #3. I have "successfully" flashed it in setool, but it wont boot, ive also flashed in FAR/JDF. XS++ will hang at the "protocol" level. heres a paste of my log.
