Help me debrand K610i

I have SE K610i which is branded to Hong Kong 3 Network. I wanna get rid of Planet 3 button. Is there generic firmware? I have read countless hours of tutorials, yet I am still confused. I am nervous I might botch it useless :( I am still confused with Main, Fs, Custpack. I have seen many firmwares but don't know which one to pick. Can someone guide to through all the steps please? I have got Setool2Lite log.

Also is it possible to patch it so that I can password protect my inbox, images and video folders?
