NEED suggestion W800i Special Firmware information

Hi there, I'm a new rookie here. Well, I try to upgrade my old w800i firmware that can support Flash Menu that I saw online recently. My w800i firmware version is R1bc002 and i search some forum that this version won't support any flash swt. Well there are alot w800i firmware can be download. They say R1L002 can support flash but got bugs, beyond version R1L002 won't support flash. So this is bad........ I need someone who had try all the uploaded firmware here and tell us what is difference. Another question is CID 36 Brown and CID 49, what is difference of them and what are they? Is they any other w800i firmware which perfect all great function?
