PLz help me out for XS++ 3.1

iam having a problem while connecting my K800i with XS++ when i plug in USB cable while pressing 2and5 keys ..it got connected but stuck on protocol version .

after this nothing happen....i keep on waiting but nothing ....:( plz help me ...

try pressing c only, if it doesn't work, try with setool2lite, it will definitely work and your phone would definitely have CID53
