Can i use tpa/system/settings/operatorlogo for anything ?

Hi, first of all if im posting this thread in a wrong section of this forum, plz let me know !

I've been customizing my phone with far and jdflasher using aycid, and when doing the last tweaks to layout.xml i browsed around the phone and stumpled upon this folder called :
(bfs:)/tpa/system/settings/operatorlogo
and i would like to know if i can use this to show a graphical logo on screen, and how to do that, as i would like to have a graphical logo on screen.

I guess i need to put a .png logo or something there, but i suppose i need to let the phone "know" its there too somehow, and then id probably allso have to tell it where to display it.
Perhaps i can even use an animated gif with trasparancy, i dont know and i cant find any info on it anywhere, only places i've seen it mentioned they comletely ignore it and tells where to remove the standard text-logo in layout.xml instead.

My Phone is a K610i flashed into W660 running Generic R8BB001 RED53, and perhaps i need a branded FW for this ? or to copy some settings from one.

(BTW is there any programs to browse firmware files, i would make it easyer to compare without actually flashing firmware)
