cannot detect phone k550i xs++ please help

i turned off my phone pressed on xs++ connect and the pressed on phone "c" button and connected to usb. but i cannot detect my phone:confused:sorryi'm bad in english

What r u trying to do? Updating, unlocking or flashing? What's ur cable. Check ur usb port from windows power saving mode. I'm not sure which key to press, 2 or 5 or c, try those keys while connecting with windows.
