w760 GPS issue after flash

I flashed my ATT w760 to something generic and let the Sony Software Update Program flash it to the newest SE Software.
Everything seemed to work well. I used the little tools on SE's website to configure web and email. Google maps seems to work but looking at Location Services and the Connection Status program it will NOT connect. I have tried different Authentication settings. Different Cities, Clarksville TN and Nashville TN. No Luck. I spoke with SE and they booted me when I said that Google Maps worked.

Does this phone have a GPS chip or not?

How do I correctly configure the Internet connection in order for this to work properly?

What's wrong with my phone? Shall I attempt to flash it with a different firmware?
Why are there so many firmware download options and which one should I choose?
